LM Invest Limited buys, refurbishes, lets and manages residential property. We hold properties for the long term, which means our interest in doing this well — for the property and for the people living in it — doesn't end once a tenancy begins.
Who we are
LM Invest Limited is a property investor, developer and residential landlord. Rather than acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, we acquire property directly, invest in improving it, and manage it ourselves for the long term.
Our business model is straightforward: Buy → Refurbish → Rent → Manage. Each stage is handled with the same underlying goal — creating a well-presented, well-maintained home, and a property that holds and builds value over time.
What we do
We identify properties with genuine potential, assess them carefully, and invest in refurbishment before they are let — improving kitchens, bathrooms, finishes and essential systems so that every home meets a consistent, professional standard.
Once let, we manage the property and tenancy directly: rent collection, maintenance, inspections, documentation and day-to-day communication, all handled in-house through our tenant portal and management team.
